本课程从现代生物定量化及整体性出发，对基因调控、蛋白分子及相互作用、生理及代谢系统的动力学进行建模与仿真，以加深学生对生命现象复杂性的认识。
Starting from quantification of modern biology, as well as the holistic view of modern biology, this course offers the methods to model and simulate gene regulation networks, protein dynamics and interaction networks, physiological and metabolic systems dynamics. It aims at deepen the students’ impression on bio-complexity.
