本课程全面系统地讲述化工生产中流体流动过程、传热过程、传质过程（动量传递、热量传递、质量传递）和化学反应过程的基本原理和方法，并在此基础上阐述主要单元操作的典型设备构造、操作原理、过程计算等，介绍化学反应器的设计和选型。本课程的学习能够培养学生从工程、经济观点出发，综合处理化学工程问题的能力。
This course develops the basic principles and methods of the fluid flow, heat transfer, mass transfer process (momentum transfer, heat transfer, mass transfer) and chemical reaction processes in chemical production, comprehensively and systematically. It then introduces the typical equipment structures of main unit operations, operating principles, process calculation, equipment selection, and chemical reactor design and type selection will be described. It develops the students' ability to analyse and solve the chemical engineering problems in terms of engineering and economy.

考核有一个环节是做pre，做pre的时候可能会直接打断，说课上讲过的不要再放进ppt了，有不被尊重的感觉，这门课给分比其他专业课相对会低1-2个等级，建议旁听比较合适。
