Pre-requisites: None. This is a comprehensive design course for senior students. Its content includes: project introduction and selection, PPT and research report preparation techniques, engineering and professional ethics, patent laws and intellectual property protection, business principles and key trend, business planning and venture capital investment, operations management and supply chain, quality control and 6-sigma, professional quality training, oral presentation skills, and so on. The project-based learning guides the students to develop the ability to analyze and solve sophisticated engineering problems, to work as a team, and to develop communication skills through carrying-out industrial project.
