本课程从基本的经济和金融学理论出发，讨论环境资源的可持续利用和环境保护的经济手段。在此基础上，讲述通过经济激励和市场调节的手段管控污染物排放的国际国内成功实践。
This course starts with the basic economic and financial theory and discusses the economic means for the sustainable use of environmental resources and environmental protection. On this basis, the international and domestic successful practices for controlling pollutant emissions through economic incentives and market regulation are described.
