理论课,3学分,3学时/每周。环境影响评价课程,介绍环境影响评价的基本概念、基本理论、有关法律法规、标准导则,环境影响评价的技术与方法以及中外环境影响评价的最新前沿进展。要求同学不仅要掌握环境影响评价的基本内容,并且结合案例分析,使学生初步具备环境影响评价的实践应用能力。具体内容包括:环境影响评价概况、水环境影响评价、大气环境影响评价、声环境影响评价、生态环境影响评价、区域环境影响评价、规划环境影响评价、社会经济环境影响评价、“三线一单”生态环境空间管控体系等。 Lecture,3 credits, 3 hours per week. The course of environmental impact assessment(EIA) introduces the basic concepts, basic theories, relevant laws and regulations, standards and guidelines of EIA, Technology and method of EIA and the latest development between China and other countries. Students are required not only to obtain the basic contents of EIA, but also to have the practical ability in based on case analysis. The course focuses on: overview of EIA, water EIA, atmospheric EIA, acoustic EIA, ecological EIA, regional EIA, planning EIA, socio-economic EIA, "three lines and one list" spatial management and control system of ecological environment, etc.
This course introduces the knowledge of the types, structures and relevant technologies of water resources and hydropower engineering. Taking the water resources and hydropower engineering in major river basins around the world as examples, it introduces the development of water resources and hydropower engineering, including histories and trends on temporal scale, and the features and distributions on spatial scale. Moreover, it introduces the vital role of water resources and hydropower engineering in socioeconomic development.
