人文名家专题系列课程

Theory course, 2 credits. Throughout the whole semester we invite the first rate scholars in humanities all over the country to our classroom and teach various topics together with our faculty. The fields and topics this course covers include but not limited to literature, history, philosophy, medium, anthropology, culture studies, history of science etc. The scholars we invite are all the best scholars in these fields. They share with our students their vision and provide examples of the best practices and the edge-cutting research in these fields. The goals of this course are to inform our students the frontier research in a wide range of humanities fields, familiarize students with the methodologies of these fields, to broaden students' horizons, and to foster interest in humanities in general.
