Lecture, 3 credits, 3 hours per week. With the development and improvement of the governance level of overall social, the project management mode has gone deep into all aspects of the society. In basic innovation, product innovation, enterprise establishment, project implementation and other fields, the comprehensive talents with project management ability are urgently-need. Combined with the demand of SUSTech to cultivate high-end comprehensive talents for research, innovation and entrepreneurship, this course aims to cultivate students' project management concept, project management knowledge system and project management practice methods through theoretical teaching and practice, to lay a good foundation for them to become comprehensive talents with project management ability in the future.
