重点讲授先进制造技术的理论基础和关联基础学科知识。首先介绍先进制造技术的基本概念、发展历史、未来趋势、和前沿制造理念。之后分模块进行专业知识讲授,包括放电制造、电化学制造、微细加工理论与方法、表面理论及表面处理、离子束加工、电子束制造、刻蚀方法、沉积方法、扫描探针显微术、纳米制造等。同时涵盖与制造过程密切关联的材料先进表征方法与理论基础等,如电子显微镜、拉曼光谱等。课程英文授课,中文辅助。


This course focuses on the theoreticalbasis and related fundamental subject knowledge of advanced manufacturingtechnology. First, the basic concepts, development history, future trends, andcutting-edge manufacturing concepts of advanced manufacturing technology willbe introduced. After that, subject-specific knowledge of important manufacturingtechnologies will be taught, including electrical discharge manufacturing,electrochemical manufacturing, microfabrication theory and methods, surfacetheory and surface treatment, ion beam processing, electron beam fabrication,etching methods, deposition methods, scanning probe microscopy, Nanofabrication,etc. It also covers advanced characterization methods and theoreticalfoundations of materials closely related to the manufacturing process, such aselectron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, etc. The course is taught in Englishand assisted in Chinese.
