Lecture, 3 credits, 3 hours per week. This course mainly introduces the basic mathematical models used in the field of management science, including optimization theory, game theory, and decision theory based on dynamic programming. This can be applied to decision making under deterministic and stochastic environments. Examples including inventory control, pricing strategy and artificial intelligence. This course is designed to introduce fundamental models and technical tools for solving problems in the field of management science, train their original thinking skills and prepare them for advanced research.
