Lecture, 3 credits, 3 credit hours per week. This course is a compulsory basic course for the major of Ocean Engineering and Technology. Through the study of this course, students will learn the basic theories, principles and methods of engineering project management, including organization management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, safety management and other aspects, and be equipped with the ability of engineering project management planning and implementation control. This course will help students understand in advance how to manage, rationally plan and effectively carry out actual engineering projects, which will provide knowledge reserve for students to engage in engineering and ocean-related work in the future.
