本课程从薄膜制造出发，讲述各种薄膜生长工艺，探索薄膜结构与性能的关系，并在此基础上阐述薄膜材料功能化的工程技术，以及薄膜器件的工作失效机制。
This course starts from the fundamental thin film synthesis method, iand then teaches the structure-property relationship of thin films, as well as how to engineer functions into thin films, and probe the working or failure mechanism of thin film systems.
