The objective of this course is to understand, both from a theoretical and practical standpoint, database modeling, to get a good knowledge of the ubiquitous SQL language and to understand the challenges brought by massive amounts of data, transaction integrity, concurrency and the requirement to minimize data loss after a crash. We’ll see how these challenges are addressed in relational systems as well as new database architectures.

- 理论课前半学期和实验课基本上一一对应，是sql语句精讲，而且马老师会现场演示给我们看，学得比较清晰；后半学期理论课就和实验课关系感觉不太大了，一点像计网讲的，存储啥的，而且比较多缩写，我期末考这块就不太理想。
- 老师课上比较活跃，说英文也很清晰，遇到重点会用中文强调一遍，偶尔还会讲讲笑话，虽然吐槽我们没什么反应（因为用的英文，我们一时间没反应过来）。
- 实验课有两个班，分别是马老师和朱悦铭老师带。我是朱老师班的，对马老师班的实验课不太了解，朱老师讲的挺好，项目的给分点也比较清晰，就是给的测试样例总要更新，在这里借用学长的一句话提醒下——“答辩前别睡得太死”。

期末给分太差 出卷比起上学期cr的难太多 几乎所有知识点细节都考了 两个小时没人能提前交卷 感觉就是想在期末上难为学生一手
project累死累活赶不上期末爆炸 心情很差 既然喜欢平时期末五五开那我评分也五五开

马老师讲课很有意思。考试难度适中，考的都是课上讲的比较基础的知识。👍

老师讲课中规中矩，会偶尔玩玩梗，人还是很不错的。主干知识难度不大，而且数据库的知识很有用，但是这门课的project和期末考试难度都挺大的，最后被捞了，但是还是只有B-

老师不错，很有意思，课程内容比较少，讲得也比较浅，可能是老师第一次上这门课，也可能是数据库本身就没那么多可学的。lab课难能可贵的事少，给分不错，有点耳背，建议问问题凑到耳边上大声喊
