生物化学与分子生物学实验

The experimental materials include nucleic acid, protein and carbohydrate, to study the life phenomenon by their structure, characteristic and function. Five major topics are included, basic skills, nucleic acid, protein expression and purification, enzyme kinetics and carbohydrates; it contains extract of bio-macromolecule (nucleic acid, protein, and enzyme) and functional detection (such as DNA melting curve and LDH kinetics). Experiments in this lab are integrity, and help the students to grasp modern biochemistry and molecular biology techniques, including molecular cloning, recombinant protein expression and purification in E. Coli system, protein quantitation, and enzyme kinetics analysis.
