美育名家讲坛课程教学是培养学生认识美、传承美、爱好美和创造美、传播美的能力的教育，是审美教育、情操教育、心灵教育，也是丰富想象力和培养创新意识的教育，能提升审美素养、陶冶情操、温润心灵、激发创新创造活力。是培养拔尖创新人才的有效途径，是全面培养人才的重要内容。 该课程以弘扬中华美育精神，以美育人、以美化人、以美培元为目标导向，从德才兼备、文理兼融、独立思考的要求出发，注重美育教育中的学思结合、知行统一、因材施教，通过“艺术学理论”、“音乐与舞蹈学”、“戏剧与影视学”、“美术学”、“设计学”五个一级学科数位艺术名家的讲座，提升学生对艺术美、自然美、社会美、科学美的认知，培养学生高尚的人格、高贵的品质、高雅的气质、高格的追求。
The teaching of Expert Forum for Aesthetic Education is to cultivate students’ abilities to understand, inherit, love, create and spread aesthetics. It is not only about the education of aesthetics, sentiment and soul but also the one of enriching students’ imagination and cultivating their consciousness of innovation. It can improve students’ aesthetic attainment, influence their sentiment, nourish their souls and motivate their innovation and creativity. It is an effective way to cultivate top-notch innovative talents and the important content of comprehensively cultivating them.
