理论课，2学分。本课程主要介绍岭南的三大方言（粤方言、客家方言和闽南方言）和三大民系文化（粤文化、客家文化和闽南文化）的历史和特色，重点讲授跟岭南方言密切相关的各种口传文化和饮食文化。
Theory course, 2 credits. This course mainly introduce the history and characteristics of Ling-nan dialects (Yue dialects, Hakka dialects and Min-nan dialects) and Ling-nan Culture (Yue culture, Hakka culture and Min-nan culture)，and focuses on teaching various oral cultures and food cultures that are closely related to Ling-nan dialects.
