Voiceprint Identification refers to the technology of judging whethertwo voice recording materials are from the same person based on analysis andcomparison of linguistic and acoustic characteristics. The aim of the course isto provide the student with the basic concepts and skills to do further work invoiceprint Identification. The course will give training in mechanisms ofspeech spectrum, auditory and spectral characteristics of speech, principle andmethodology of voiceprint Identification, practice of simulated case.
