理论课,3学分,3学时/每周。先修课程:机械制造基础(ME302)。本课程从系统角度出发,在介绍制造系统的定义,构成以及分类的基础上,讲述先进制造系统的基本分析方法,先进制造系统的设计与运行方法,先进制造装备技术,先进制造技术的系统化,智能制造系统,质量控制与品质管理,制造系统与未来社会的相互关系。最后将通过对典型产品的制造系统的分析,如汽车、集成电路、计算机,来解释制造系统是如何引入最新的科技去实现社会对制造系统柔性高效,高品质,低成本的需求。 Lecture, 3 credits, 3 hours per week. Prerequisites: Fundamentals of Manufacturing (ME302). This course starts from the introduction of fundamentals of modern manufacturing system and explains the principles and development of the latest advanced manufacturing system. The content covers the following topics: development history, constitution and classification of manufacturing systems (MS); basic analysis method of MS; planning and operation of MS; advanced manufacturing equipment; systemization of manufacturing technology; intelligent manufacturing system; quality control and management of MS. It then introduces several examples of modern production systems (automobile, IC, computer industry) which illustrate how industry is adopting the latest technology to meet customer requirements for quality, low cost, and flexibility.
This course gives the students a fundamental and in-depth understanding of basic theories, assembly unit, sub system and the concerned embedded control. The course focuses on the learning through interpreting and team-working on real word projects. Therefore, the course could cultivate the students with the international vision, team-work capability, and the innovative thinking.
