Theory course, 2 credits, 2 hours / week. No prerequisite courses. This course will systematically introduce the relationship between pops pollution and environmental health, including biotransformation, absorption, joint toxicity, genetic toxicity, reproductive and developmental toxicity, neurodevelopmental toxicity and endocrine interference effects of POPs pollutants; Explain the response relationship between persistent organic pollutants and health from individual to cellular and molecular levels.
