From the basic concepts of biological safety, this course introduces the history of biological safety, the identification and response of harmful biological factors, the safety of food production, the prevention and control of infectious diseases, the biosafety in research activity, and the biological safety industry as well as the development stratagem in China，so the students are expected to establish a basic awareness of biosafety issues.
