This course will introduce the basic concepts and theories of hospital management, combined with the history of China’s medical care reform, introduce the recent development and direction of hospital administration, explain the modern hospital management system and key components of hospital administration, including medical and quality management, hospital human resources management, performance management, economic management, and information management, and use integrated care as a case to introduce the evolution of China’s medical services system.
