基因编辑与基因治疗

Gene therapy is promising to be key in the battle against cancer, inherited disorders, and many other diseases. This course starts from focusing on DNA, the molecule most fundamental to life, and provide basic principles of genetic information from DNA to RNA and proteins. Topics also include the basic concepts of gene therapy, technologies of gene transfer, and therapeutic strategies. This course will provide fundamental understanding of how gene therapy works, how it has developed and advanced, and how much potential it has.
