This course establishes a comprehensive experimental project of diabetes research model. The diabetic animal models explain the functional changes that accompany the diabetic syndrome and understands pathophysiological process in the development of diabetes mellitus by detecting blood glucose, insulin, and complication indicators. This course focuses on cultivating students' ability to think scientific problems independently, design experiments and analyze experimental results independently. Thus, this course lays a solid foundation for students to join in innovation projects of science and technology and biological sciences research.
