质谱技术在环境领域的应用是为环境科学与工程专业的研究生课程设定的。专业选修课程，总时间是48小时。本课程的目标是（1）帮助学生掌握质谱技术的基本原理，如气相/液相色谱质谱联用，串级质谱，高分辨质谱，成像质谱等; （2）学习如何应用质谱技术来分析环境中的外源污染物以及与生命健康相关的内源小分子，结合暴露组学和代谢组学制定解决问题的方案。
Application of Mass Spectrometry in Environmental Field is setfor the graduates who major in Environmental Science and Engineering. It is an optionalcourse and the total hour is 48. The objectives of this course are to helpstudents (1) master basic knowledge of mass spectrometry, such as GC/LC-MS,GC/LC-MS/MS, high-resolution mass spectrometry, imaging mass spectrometry; and(2) learn how to apply basic theories and methods of mass spectrometry toanalyze environmental problems related to xenobiotics and endogenous chemicalsand to develop solutions incorporated with exposome and metabolomics foraddressing the problems.
