<p>This course is a highly theoretical, policy-orientedand practical course for graduate students, enabling students to understand thebasic concepts, principles and knowledge of patents and other intellectualproperty rights. Students are going to understand the basic overview ofinternational intellectual property protection, the current situation ofChina's intellectual property legal protection, the basic content of China'scurrent intellectual property legal system, and the application for basicmethods for protecting intellectual property rights such as software copyrightand patents.</p>
