本课程将遗传与医学相结合，将重点探讨疾病发生的遗传学机制。以人类基因组为基础，详细讲解医学遗传学研究技术、表观遗传、单基因遗传病、多基因遗传病、线粒体遗传病等，以及简单介绍如何应用遗传学原理和技术进行常见遗传病的诊断、预防和治疗。
This course combines genetics with medicine and mainly focuses on the genetic mechanisms of diseases. It is based on human genome, further explains medical genetics research technology, epigenetics, monogenic hereditary diseases, polygenic hereditary diseases, mitochondrial hereditary diseases and so on. It also briefly introduces how to apply the principles and techniques of genetics to the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of common genetic diseases.
