 Internal medicine II is the teaching of each theory. On the basis of mastering the basic theory of internal medicine and the basic concept of diagnostics and the basic technical operation of internal medicine, learn and master the etiology, occurrence and development rule, pathology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic points, differential diagnosis, prevention and treatment principles, prognosis and other internal medicine knowledge of diseases in gastroenterology, hematology, endocrinology and rheumatology. The key contents include: common diseases in internal medicine, introduction of their causes, pathology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, prevention and treatment, and prognosis. The learning difficulty of this course is the combination of basic and clinical, and students should grasp the focus on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of its content in order to be applied in clinical practice.The teaching process of each theory of internal medicine, including classroom teaching, self-study, probation and internship. The content of teaching should be combined with practice, focusing on common diseases, frequently-occurring diseases and endemic diseases, implementing the policy of prevention first, appropriately introducing new medical achievements at home and abroad, and paying attention to the combination of basic and clinical practice. Teachers should speak deeply about the content of "mastering". Students should have an in-depth understanding of their basic knowledge or basic theory in order to apply it in clinical practice. For the content of "familiarity", it should be explained emphatically, and students should grasp the focus on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of its content. The content of "understanding" can be summarized and explained, and students have a general understanding of this. In view of the limited total school hours, it is also necessary to strengthen the training of students' self-study ability, some chapters are arranged as self-study content, students are required to earnestly study, and teachers give counseling and answering questions on self-study content.Through clinical probation, students can further understand and consolidate the content of classroom teaching. Through clinical teaching to cultivate students to master the history taking of common diseases in gastroenterology, hematology, endocrinology and rheumatology, physical examination, and the ability to understand and judge the condition.
