The purpose of this course is to enable students to initially establish the concept and thinking mode of social medicine, establish the concept of holistic medicine and general health, guide medical and health practice with modern medical mode, understand the important role of social factors in population health, understand the population health status and the main health problems faced by medicine, and provide corresponding suggestions for improving the quality of medical and health services and improving the health level of population knowledge and skills.
