This courseintroduces the concept of service on a broad spectrum that integrates design,business, technology, and human needs. Using a human centric approach tosystems, technology and societal trends, the course delivers the practicaltools and the intellectual frameworks, including service blueprint, stakeholderanalysis, business canvas model and service ecosystem, which are required todeliver transformational changes in the face of contemporary issues. By immersingstudents in a practice-based live project, they will analyze users’ needs andunderstand the interests of different groups of stakeholders, as well as applyservice design at a strategic, operational and systems level.
