This course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding to students who are interested in game theory and its applications in real-world situations. We will introduce the fundamental concepts of game theory, covering both normative and positive aspects, while integrating experimental evidence, behavioral insights, and real-life scenarios to cultivate students' comprehensive understanding of strategic interactions. Throughout the course, we will emphasize experiential learning through participation in classroom games and analysis of experimental data. By combining behavioral outcomes with theoretical adaptations, students will be able to generate accurate predictions and apply game theory concepts to practical contexts. At the end of the course, students will gain a deep understanding of the theoretical tools and applications of game theory. They will also sharpen their analytical and problem-solving skills within the framework of game theory, enabling them to tackle strategic problems in real-life situations.
