理论课，3学分，3学时/每周。先修课程：无。本课程重点讲解病毒学的基本概念和知识，包括病毒的基因组，生活周期，感染致病机制，以及病毒能够引发的相关疾病和抗病毒研究发展，并将结合代表性的医学病毒致病类型向学生展示病毒学研究在监测、预防、治疗病毒感染方面的重要作用和巨大潜力。
Lecture, 3 credits, 3hours per week. Pre-requisites: N/A.This course introduces the basicprinciples and concepts of Virology, including the viral genomes, the lifecycle of various viruses, viral infection and transmission, viral-induceddiseases, and the development of anti-viral therapeutic strategies. It willshow the significant value of Virology studies on the monitoring, prevention,and treatment of human diseases by studying many typical viral-associateddiseases.
