MSE348 Seminars on Frontiers of Electronic and Photonic Materials and Devices(1)Lecture, 1 credits, 1 hours per week. Prerequisites: MSE001, MSE002. The MSE 348 course invites academic leaders to give lectures on topics related to materials science and engineering, with a particular emphasis on electronic and photonic materials and devices. The course covers a wide range of materials relevant to electronic science and technology, as well as information science and engineering. This includes semiconductor materials, photonic and electromagnetic materials, functional and sensing materials, quantum information materials, and other key materials required for information processing and transmission. The curriculum also includes materials' structural characterization, performance evaluation, process technology, manufacturing equipment, and device application.
