This course aims to providefundamental knowledge about machine learning and feature selection fromstatistical perspectives, for both Bayesian approaches and deep learningframeworks. Students are expected to learn common ideas and principles ofvarious machine learning paradigms, and to acquire model-based and data-drivenmachine learning system design and integration skills.
