After taking this course, students will be able to explain basic financial concepts, evaluate firms’ capital budgeting projects, dividend policy and capital structure, and discuss special topics, such as IPO and M&A. Grading：Attendance 10%, Assignment 10%, Projects 20%, Mid-Term Test 30%, and Final Exam 30%.
