It aims to guide students to deeply understand thetheoretical and practical aspects of anti-corruption and supervisory law. Thecourse incorporates novel and typical cases, as well as the latest regulations,to enhance learning. Through the analysis of legal provisions and case studies,students will gain a systematic understanding of the fundamental theories andspecialized knowledge in anti-corruption and supervisory law from amultidisciplinary perspective, including disciplines such as disciplinaryinspection and law. The course also aims to keep students informed about thelatest academic and practical developments in anti-corruption and supervisorylaw, thereby improving their ability to accurately understand and analyzereal-world issues related to anti-corruption.
