Semiconductor Physics and Devices is a physics major selective course. It will systematically introduce the fundamental physics of semiconductors and its application in devices, with the emphasis on the understanding of relevant physical processes in semiconductors. It is not only the prerequisite course for studying advanced semiconductor physics, but also important to students who aim to study the physical properties of various semiconductor materials.
