This course aims to cultivate Industrial Design students’ ability to solve authentic problems through design solutions and across multiple New Engineering Education subjects learned previously. Students will be instructed to profoundly think about how people perceive technology’s usefulness under the overarching theme – human-centred design application, instead of machine-centred tendency. Students will also be trained in communication design skills, which allow them to prepare for design project showcases using product demo video and promotional poster.
