This course is for themajors of Physics，Intelligentmanufacturing and robotics，Materialsscience and engineering，Materialsand chemical engineering，Electronicscience and technology, will be focused on the basic knowledge of semiconductordevice physics, silicon devices, compound semiconductors, wide bandgapmaterials, starts from the device process, and then introduces the technologiesand applications , including transistors, power electronics, light-emitting diodes，sensors, MEMS devices and etc. It then introduces thedevice packaging and applications.  Aftercompleting the course, students should master the fundamental principles、process and application of advanced semiconductordevices and packaging.
