本课程的讲授将以戏曲历史脉络为主轴，从先秦至唐代戏剧与戏曲小戏，到宋元南戏戏文、金元北曲杂剧、明清南杂剧、明清传奇等戏曲大戏，直至近代“折子戏”，课程内容涵盖整个戏曲发展史。此外，将选取历代最具代表性的剧目（如《长生殿》《曲圣魏良辅》等）为赏析对象进行戏曲欣赏评鉴。
The teaching of this course will focus on the historical context of operas and explain the dramas and playlets from the pre-Qin period to the Tang Dynasty, scripts of southern operas in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, northern drama music and poetic dramas in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, southern poetic dramas in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Romaunts in the Ming and Qing Dynasties to “opera highlights” in modern times. The course covers the whole development history of operas. In addition, the most representative repertoires (such as The Palace of Eternal Life and The Opera Sage Wei Liangfu) in the past dynasties are selected as the appreciation objects for opera evaluation.
