. "Introduction to the basic principles of Marxism" is a compulsory course for the students of higher education in China. The teaching time is one semester. The teaching purpose of this course is to help and guide the students to learn and master the Marxist stand, viewpoint and method, sets up the Marxist scientific progressive world outlook, outlook on life and the values, improve the scientific literacy, ideological quality and political quality, improve the ability of understanding and changing the world.
