分子生物学技术在目前医学科学研究中占主导地位,是临床医学和生物科学学生完成实验研究最为常用的工具和手段。掌握分子生物学实验技术的理论和方法对于培养医学科学家至关重要。本课程内容主要涉及分子生物学实验的概念、原理、方法讲解及在实际医学研究中的应用。该课程在了解前沿医学科研进展的基础上,讲解各类基本及进阶分子生物学实验的概念、原理、实际操作方法和步骤;再回归到如何将这些技术手段应用于各领域的医学研究。通过本课程的学习,学生可以掌握各类分子生物技术的实验原理、操作步骤,了解各类技术在医学科研工作中的实际应用,帮助学生在自己感兴趣的的研究领域尝试应用这些生物技术解决问题。同时该课程将提供相关领域前沿进展的介绍,使得学生了解掌握这些新技术的研究团队、研究成果及应用,为今后的科学研究奠定基础。


This course mainly involves the explanation and application of the concepts, principles and process of molecular medical biotechnology. Starting from the frontier medical research, this course will illustrate the latest application of advanced molecular biological methods. Then students will learn the concepts and principles of various molecular biotechnologies. Eventually, it comes back to how to apply these techniques to various fields of medical research. Through the study of this course, students can master the experimental principles of these biotechnologies; understand the practical application of these technologies in medical research work, ultimately achieving goals of being aware of how to solve scientific problems in their own research field with these biotechnologies. Meanwhile, the course will provide a timely introduction of advances in relevant fields, so that students can know about the top well-known research teams, new technologies, research results and applications, and lay the foundation for future scientific research.
