电子薄膜与器件简介

Electronic thin film science is closely related to the development of today's solid-state microelectronics technology, which is changing the design of electronic devices with new concept, laying the foundation for the rapid development of modern electronic thin-film  devices. This course will introduce the basic knowledge of electronic thin films: the fabrication and characterization of electronic thin films; the applications of thin films in microelectronic devices, etc.
