实验课，1学分，共32学时，暑期课程。先修课程：微电子基础 II–半导体器件（SME204）。集成电路剖解分析，通过对参考芯片解剖分析、还原电路，从而理解优秀芯片的设计思想，是集成电路分析、优化的一种重要学习手段。通过本课程的学习，学生们一方面能通过分析进行高效的学习，对理论知识有更深入的理解，另一方面能直观地接触到业界最先进的设计，快速积累经验。


Experimental, 1 credit, 32 hours in total,summer course. Prerequisite course: Fundamentals of Microelectronics II -Semiconductor Devices (SME204). IC dissection analysis is an important learningmethod for IC analysis and optimization, which can help engineers understandthe design idea of excellent chips. By studying this lesson, students can gaina deeper understanding of theoretical knowledge. And on the other hand, theycan study the latest design in the industry directly and quickly accumulateexperience.
