本课程包含原子力显微镜、磁控溅射、半导体光谱、核磁共振成像、光纤传感等16个虚拟仿真实验项目，内容涉及材料物理、激光物理、生物物理等多学科前沿交叉领域。
This course has 16 virtual experiments, including atomic force microscope (AFM), magnetron sputtering, spectrum of semiconductor, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (NMRI) and so on. The course covers interdisciplinary frontier areas of Materials Physics, Laser Physics, Biophysics and so on.
