微电子及集成电路基础

This course provides students with the fundamental knowledge of integrated circuits. It will touch upon basic semiconductor material and devices physics, as well as applications in amplifiers, power amplifiers, logic gates, combinational and sequential circuits, and memories. Finally, students will be given an overview of how integrated circuits on chips are manufactured in the microelectronics industry using various key semiconductor process.
