This course will be focused on the silicon、compound semiconductors、 wide bandgap materials, starts from the device process、and then introduces the technologies and applications , including transistors, power electronics, light-emitting diodes，sensors, SiC and GaN devices, ultra-wide bandgap semiconductors, 2D semiconductors and etc. It then introduces the device packaging and applications.
