讲授半导体物理简介、基础半导体器件、双极晶体管、场效应晶体管、功率器件、发光二极管和激光器、光电探测器和太阳能电池，实验内容包括采用仿真工具构建传统的器件结构，包括二极管、BJT和MOS晶体管，并应用仿真工具分析设备的电气特性，包括输出特性、击穿特性、回扫特性等。


The aim of this course is to introduce Physics and Properties of Semiconductors，Device Building Blocks，Transistors，Power Devices，LEDs and Lasers，Photodetectors and Solar Cells. The experiment part includes applying simulation tools to construct conventional device structures, such as diodes, BJT and MOS transistors, and applying simulation tools to analyze the electrical characteristics of the devices, including output characteristic, breakdown, snapback , and etc.
