MSE333 Comprehensive Experiments of Electronic and Photonic Materials and Devices I (4) Lab, 4 credits, 8 hours per week. Prerequisites: MSE001, MSE002. Comprehensive Experiments of Electronic and Photonic Materials and Devices I is an independent core course of the major of Electronic and Photonic Materials and Devices. The course includes seven experiments: differential amplifier circuit, regulation of band gap of semiconductor materials, preparation and characterization of organic photonic crystals, preparation and characterization of planar electrodes, micro-nano processing and preparation of photoelectric devices, preparation and performance tests of gas sensors, preparation and application of photovoltaic devices. Starting from the important application of electronic and photonic materials, the course enables students to master the basic preparation and characterization methods of electronic and photonic materials. Through introduction, material synthesis, characterization, device assembly and application, students can have an in-depth understanding of the basic ideas and methods of electronic and photonic materials preparation and device design. Through the analysis of the relationship between the preparation and processing of materials and the properties of materials, students can effectively improve their ability to integrate knowledge and apply the knowledge to solve scientific and engineering problems.
